This table includes the Population Assessment for the four northern municipalities of Kosovo: Leposaviq, Zveçan, Zubin Potok, and North Mitrovica. The assessment was conducted by the Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) in collaboration with international experts, following international practices and standards. These municipalities, predominantly inhabited by the Serbian community, had low participation in the census process due to calls for a boycott by Serbian political entities. The results of the assessment will be included in the total population count of Kosovo and officially considered part of the demographic structure of the country as of April 5, 2024.
